Individual Coaching Options

Individual Options include single sessions and multi-session coaching intensives and bundles. Great for those interested in individualized attention and focused work over the short- or long-term, ready to make meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Group Coaching Options

Professionally facilitated weekly small group coaching that follows a 12-week program. Includes independent assignments and exercises to help you reflect, process, clear what’s blocking you, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life towards balance and achieving your goals. Great for those interested in the benefits of life coaching and want to be part of a community committed to self-development and growth.

Education Programs & Workshops

I partner and collaborate with schools, organizations, businesses, and athletic programs, to provide educational classes, seminars, and workshops. Whether you want to run a single class or workshop, host me for a “lunch n’ learn”, or collaborate on longer-term programming to support your staff, students, or community members, I would love to work with you!
